Ayers > Duh. Times Square. Our hotel was a a half block off of Times Square on 46th street between 7th Ave and 6th Ave. It was nice as it was close to the subway and in the heart of the theater district. We ended up with a double upgrade so we stayed in a suite for 3 nights while we were there

Ayers > I needed a NYC subway shot to show I was on the subway. This was on the "W" train to ground zero on 9/11/2008. It wasn't planned but ended up in NYC on the 7th anniversary of 9/11.

Ayers > Ground zero on 9/11/2008. 7 years after 9/11 and NYC is just starting the construction. There was a ceremony at ground zero but since both McCain and Obama were supposed to show up, security was tight. Ordinary folks could not get close to the site unless you were some how connected to the ceremony.
