House Renovation Project

After all the idea collection, planning and start/stop with several designers and builders, I am finally starting my kitchen/sunroom/laundry renovation. My core focus is to respect the existing structure as much as possible and to update the layout to make more useful for current needs. The architect is Matt Piner of PinerWorks and the G Contractor doing the construction is Don Moore Construction

Ayers > Existing kitchen that has been "updated" at some point in the 60's or 70's. Basically the kitchen that was there when I moved in 10 years ago. Only thing I did was do some painting

Ayers > Only part of the original kitchen that remains are the frames of the old cabinets. Doors are removed and gone. There's some cheesy particle board cabinets as lower cabs with a Billy-Bob tile job
