Here you can see the cabinet doors that are leaning against the window. The P.O. removed the leaded galss inserts and replace the glass with 70's plastic. I know it was the 70's because I found the original leaed glass in the basement wrapped in newspaper from the 70's (1973 to be exact...). The original glass doors are being repaired as we speak...

Ayers > This is a picture of the dining room after the frst round of paint removal. This cost me many glasses of wine and margaritas as I attacked the paint with a scraper and heat gun.... Very Zen like....

Ayers > Another "during" shot. This shows the inside of one of the cabinets. The paint inside was a bit more resistant to my paint removal efforts.

Ayers > I still have not completed the refinishing of the woodwork but I still use the room until then. I reinstalled half-ass the leaded galls in the doors and reinstalled the doors to the cabinets. The room is decorated for Chirstmas, 2004.
